I had the 16 oz NY strip, which was cooked perfectly MR and was served Oscar style with jumbo lump crab, asparagus and bernaise sauce, absolutely delicious. My only criticism would be the puff pastry was a little soggy on the inside. The filet was cooked to a perfect MR and the demi glaze was just Fantastic. For the main course, my wife had the Beef Wellington, which was excellent. Once again, being born and bred in MD, we loved the old bay butter and wish other restaurants would embrace this concept as well. I’d also like to mention the old bay butter served with our bread course. The Caesar salad was as good as a salad can be. This one was incredible and perfectly done. First course was the crab cake and Caesar salad. The meal was one of the best we’ve had in our entire lives. My wife and I dined at Gordon Ramsay’s Steak restaurant for our 20 year anniversary. I will perhaps just continue to watch the show while enjoying my own homemade 10 times higher quality and much tastier food. We walked out with discount on our menu which was nice. 56 dollars 6 oz Sea bass did not taste fresh. I did not feel like eating the brown and black parts. I called the waiter but he explained the lettuce was grilled and the black and brown color of lettuce was because of that. The lettuce was chopped and brown and black on the edges. The grilled Cesar salad was nothing impressive. The gravy was extremely bitter and salty and spicy. The “Maryland Crab Soup” came as separate ingredients in the middle of the plate and the gentleman in suit ( I am assuming he was the manager?) came with a separate gravy and added and poured it delicately on top of soup ingredients. I don’t think he would like the food if he had tasted the food we ate tonight. I always follow Chef Ramsey’s programs and cooking. close to my imagination and expectations from Chef Ramsey. There was no restroom located inside the restaurant. The utensils were warmed and pleasant to touch. The waiter and staff were very respectful and polite. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating.
